| Die Struck Soft Enamel |
| Die struck lapel pins are done by stamping an impression onto a copper or iron sheet and cut out to individual pieces. The enamel colors are placed in the recesses but also can be left with no color filling. The pins are mostly plated with gold or nickel with epoxy dome to protect the surface and even with antiqued finish. This process will be less expensive than cloisonne. |

| Photo Etched Soft Enamel |
| A logo or an image of the lapel pin design is transferred from a photographic negative onto the bronze metal through a sensitization process and an acid reaction process is carried out to form the pin design required. In addition, the acids & impurities are washed off of the pin before the enamel colors are inserted manually. Again, the hard fire baking, polishing, plating & even epoxy coating are still the standard procedures to finish this unique item. |

| Imitation Cloisonne |
The item is similar to cloisonne but in die struck soft enamel process. The finish is almost the same as cloisonne but with less cost. In addition, the colored fine detail of any intricated design may be copied by using imprint process to this product. It's just another alternation to those who like to pay less for a jewelry- like pin. However, there's no resistance to scratching like real cloisonne product.

| Cloisonne lapel pins have the jewelry-like finish and the great value looking. The cloisonne is said to be preserved for over 100 years due to its character. It’s all hand-filled with colored cloisonne paste onto a copper bronze surface and kiln fired at high degrees for one color after another step by step. The pins will be polished and plated after above process as to ensure a smooth jewelry-like looking and more valuable than any other processed products. |

| Silk Screened or Offset Printed pins |
| It is a perfect method to copy a design with color blending(gradual) effect or a colorful complicated design which can’t be done in other known process. However, it’s necessary for our customers to provide an artwork or picture in a perfect condition as to ensure the outcome quality. This is more suitable to be a promotion item to give away for advertising purpose as it’s less expensive than any other processed product. But the minimum order is no less than 1000pcs, please be noted. |

| The Die Struck process offers sharp detail, contrast and relief for the sophisticated image of an all metal medal or coin. The color enameling may not be necessary as the raised areas will be highly polished while the recessed areas have the textured or matt finish below the polished metal. It can be various metal plating as your choice. |
